Chen Zhu Meets R&D President of GSK

On Mar. 9, Chen Zhu, Vice President of CAS, met with Dr. Moncef Slaoui, visiting R&D President of American GSK and his entourage. GSK expressed their willingness to set up a pharmacal research center. Prof. Chen Zhu briefed the development and plan of CAS’s biological medicines and also expressed the willingness to cooperate in relevant fields of common interest.

Li Jinghai Meets President of French Academy of Technology

On the afternoon of Mar. 2, Li Jinghai, Vice President of CAS, met with Francois Guinot, President of the French Academy of Technology. Both sides agreed to cooperate in the fields, such as academician consultation, energy technology and research on the combination of Chinese and western medicines.
