Multimode RF Receiving Chips Developed

After successfully developing Chinese first RF receiving & baseband chip for global satellite navigation based on CMOS technology by itself, Hangzhou Branch of the Institute of Microelectronics, CAS has succeeded in manufacturing the first multimode RF receiving chip for global satellite navigation based on civil bands in China recently. Such receiving chip can be used in the ground-based receivers in American GPS, Sino-European Galileo Satellite Navigation System, Chinese COMPASS system and Russian GLONASS navigation system. As an important product developed by home-grown innovation in Chinese integrated circuit design field and with CMOS technology therein, such chip features small consumption, low noise coefficient, low cost, high integration, etc. and fills in the gap in relevant technical fields in China.
