The transgenic cattle (goat) and medicinal research project of Xinjiang Technical Institute of Physics and Chemistry (XTIPC), CAS obtains new research achievement recently through cooperation with Xinjiang Goldcattle Bio. Inc. The cattle fibroblasts with three kinds of genes, GFP etc, have been transferred into goat's oocytes successfully and the blastocyst was obtained realizing the heterogeneous embryo development.
XTIPC and Xinjiang Goldcattle Bio. Inc, have differente research advantages on this research project. Scientists of the institutions cooperating with each other and overcoming the difficulties, transduced the expression vector with target genes into the fibroblasts of Holstein cow and implemented the fibroblast chromosome integration. Through nuclear transfer technic, the fibroblast with target genes have been transferred into goat's enucleated oocyte and blastocyst, was obtained. This research result established the foundation for further research.

So far, the pure line culture of Shaneng milk goat's firoblast has been finished, In the next step they plan to finish the allogenous embryo development and obtain the blastocyst by using the lastest technic and method and obtain good milk goat by embryo transplantation.
