Network Security Research Progress

The research program of "Network Security Kernel Technology and Assurance Architecture" is one of the key projects of CAS Knowledge Innovation Program (KIP). It consists of 6 sub-projects, which are respectively undertaken by CAS Institute of Software, Graduate School and Institute of High Energy Physics. The program has attained achievements in PKI kernel technologies, secure operating system, secure E-commerce, network information attack and defense, secrecy network security assurance architecture and Hacker intrusion prevention architecture. And these technologies are furthermore transferred to the products like LOIS PKI system, security components for enterprise electronic business, Ercist operating system, Red Flag operating system etc.. At a evaluation meeting held in Beijing recently, experts concluded that the program has achieved its desired goal, with promising economic and social benefits.
