On March 14, 2003, President Yongxiang LU and the Hungarian Academy of Sciences President S. Vizy signed the 2003-2007 Protocol to the Agreement on Scientific Cooperation Between the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Hungarian Academy of Sciences.
