The CAS President's International Fellowship Initiative (PIFI) is CAS's only program for the introduction and exchange of non-Chinese international talents. It has welcomed more than 3,400 scientific researchers from 90 countries across the world. It plays an important role in promoting technological innovation and building an international talent team.

Having cooperated with Nature magazine in 2015, PIFI is cooperating with LinkedIn in a new round of overseas promotion by setting up a CAS official page on LinkedIn and building a brand image. The PIFI program’s link can be found in the CAS page, offering recruitment information and foreign talent stories in order to expand the channel for international talents introduction.
